New General Terms and Conditions (GTC) will enter into force on May 1, 2005. In connection with this, we would like to point out the data protection clause in Art. 6 of the new GTC.

BIR Igud Rabbonim relies on an open, transparent, customer-friendly approach to data protection, and it goes without saying that BIR will keep your data secure and handle it with strict confidentiality. BIR is also very careful to ensure that the data protection requirements stipulated by law are met in full.

At BIR your data will be recorded in the following categories:

  • Customer data
    such as last name, first name, address and all contact data etc.
  • Contract data
    such as contract start date, term and end date, subscription, products and services
  • Marketing data
    such as product inquiries, service inquiries and other information or suggestions communicated by the customer

Your data will enable us to make you special, concrete offers tailored to your needs. BIR can only provide you with useful services and information, in addition to comprehensive consultation in line with your needs, if it has access to the relevant basic data.

However, if you would prefer to have your data used for marketing purposes, please send written notification of this along with your customer reference to:
